This is an "umbrella term" that includes everything from the game launcher options and hardware configuration Menus, through the loading screens and "Main" & "Pause" Menus, and into the information you see on the screen when the game is loaded (referred to as the " Heads Up Display" (HUD)), and the Menus provided in the Pipboy, when trading, etc. The way the player interacts with the game is through something collectively called the " User Interface" (UI).
